What are Ring Facet's two main products?
Ring Builder is the storefront 3D ring configurator. Jewel Shots is the product-rendering studio for images, videos, and embeddable 3D model viewers.
Do I need Shopify?

Do you provide diamond inventory?
No. Ring Facet never carries, owns or resells stones, so your supplier relationships, trade pricing and margin stay entirely yours. Selling your own inventory through the builder is live today — upload your stone list as a CSV, set your markup bands, and shoppers set a specific certificated diamond into the ring they configure, priced from that stone. What file types does Jewel Shots support?
Jewel Shots supports 3DM, OBJ, and GLB uploads, then exports product-ready PNG/JPEG images, videos, and embed snippets.
Can the Ring Builder use our own CAD designs?

How is pricing structured?

How realistic is the 3D rendering?
Each diamond is ray-traced against the actual facet geometry in the model rather than faked with a reflection map. Across the shipping catalogue of 39 models and 364 stones, 95 percent render that way. How the renderer works
Can a shopper change the price before checkout?
No. The browser sends selections, never money. On Shopify a cart function recomputes the line price inside Shopify, and on WooCommerce the price is recomputed server-side, so the charged total always matches your pricing rules. Shopify · WooCommerce
