Do I need Shopify?
No. Ring Builder has a Shopify-native app path and a headless embed path. Shopify is the fastest setup for most jewelry stores.
Do you provide diamond inventory?
No. Ring Facet connects to your feed or supplier feed. You keep control of inventory, margins, availability, and fulfillment.
What file types does Jewel Shots support?
Jewel Shots supports 3DM, OBJ, and GLB uploads, then exports product-ready PNG/JPEG images, videos, and embed snippets.
Can the Ring Builder use our own CAD designs?
Yes on custom implementations and Scale plans. The standard library covers common bridal components, while custom CAD work brings your own heads, shanks, and signature styles into the builder.
How is pricing structured?
